Key Responsibilities:

🛠️ About the Role

As Factory Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing the full stone production process—from raw material handling to finished product

Operating and supervising the use of CNC cutting machines, Water Jet, and Edge Polishing Machines

Reading and interpreting shop drawings to ensure job accuracy

Allocating tasks and monitoring team productivity to meet deadlines

Overseeing incoming and outgoing materials, stock levels, and factory logistics

Conducting quality checks to ensure final products meet Tekton’s high standards

Coordinating with office staff, installers, and clients to align production schedules

Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workshop environment in line with WHS

Leading toolbox meetings and reinforcing safe work procedures

Supporting process improvements and reducing fabrication waste

✅ Key Requirements

Experience in a Factory Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or Senior Stonemason role

Proficient in the operation of CNC, Water Jet, and Polishing machinery

Strong understanding of stone fabrication processes and workshop flow

Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality results on time

Skilled in reading technical drawings and job specifications

A practical, hands-on leader with great problem-solving ability

Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients

WHS awareness and commitment to safety

Forklift licence and driver's licence (preferred)
