The Role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial and industrial builds valued up to $40 million. You will lead from the front, managing project delivery from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring that timeframes, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. You’ll work with a dedicated internal team and experienced subcontractors, all underpinned by a business that values teamwork, open communication, and shared success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full end-to-end project management of commercial/industrial projects up to $40M in value
  
  
• Management of project timelines, budgets, quality, and safety requirements
  
  
• Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel
  
  
• Leading and mentoring site teams to ensure smooth delivery
  
  
• Ensuring a high standard of documentation and reporting
  
  
• Maintaining and strengthening client relationships through clear communication and reliability
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial or industrial construction sectors
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects of $10M–$40M in value
  
  
• Strong understanding of construction programs, safety protocols, and contract administration
  
  
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for building strong teams
  
  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
  
  
• A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and exceeding client expectations
