About the role
We are looking for an Experienced qualified Cabinet Maker Installer to join our team.

What you'll be doing:

You would be expected to understand cad drawings.

An ability to assemble and sometimes install cabinets from computer drafts.

Collaborate with the Production Manager and design team to troubleshoot any installation challenges

Be able to read CAB MASTER plans

Able to follow directions and carry out the tasks efficiently.

Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail, and the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise tasks and time.

Ensure Factory and Job sites are kept clean, tidy and safe at all times

Participate in regular team meetings

Ability to work unsupervised and be confident in instructing others

What we're looking for

Formal Cabinet making qualifications with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role

Excellent knowledge of cabinet and joinery construction and installation techniques and practices

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve any unexpected challenges

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications (CAB MASTER)

Commitment to upholding safety standards and procedures on job sites and in the factory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customer's, Builder's and the wider team including all trades we work alongside with

A valid manual driver's licence and your own tools

Have a good work ethic and always be punctual and well presented

Be neat in presentation and possess good people skills
