This global trading and investment company are looking for an Administrator to join the firm within the Infrastructure and Energy Division to support the Chemicals Division and wider team as needed.

Key responsibilities;

• General administration and trading coordination activities, such as:
• Maintaining and administrating contracts with customers and supplier
• Issuing invoices and shipping documentation
• Controlling deliveries of goods
• Processing accounts payable and receivable (knowledge of SAP system is highly preferable)

About you;

• Experienced administrator who has experience in a similar role/ willing to learn
• International Trade admin experience advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experienced in the use of outlook and the Microsoft office suite
