Good Bean Buderim Private is on the hunt for an Experienced Barista to join our team.

Good Bean Buderim Private is a high volume coffee shop servicing the staff, guests and patients of the Buderim Private Hospital.

We aim to provide a relaxing spot where people can enjoy locally roasted coffee, tasty food and a moment to connect.

About you:

We're searching for individuals with quick machine skills, a dedicated work ethic, and a warm, compassionate demeanour.

If you're passionate about superb coffee, exceptional customer service, and fostering connections with our regulars, we'd be delighted to meet you!

Duties Include:

Producing specialty coffee of a consistent high standard, providing excellent customer service, working in a team environment, providing support to other team members, maintaining high standards of a clean and safe workplace, as well as operating POS effectively and accurately.

Must be available weekdays some weekends.

Trading Hours:

Monday - Friday 6am-4pm
Saturday & Sunday 9am-1pm

Typical Weekday Shifts:
5.30am - 11am
8.30am - 2.30pm
10.30am - 4.30pm
