Strategic supply leadership role with future growth potential

We’re looking for a commercially minded and operationally capable leader to take charge of our supply and inventory functions.

Reporting directly to the CEO, and forming part of the C-Suite of executive leaders, this newly created role is responsible for leading purchasing strategy, supplier partnerships, and inventory performance — ensuring we have the right products, at the right cost, in the right volumes to support our growth.

You’ll work closely with our Sales Manager to align supply and commercial decisions with customer needs, margin goals, and business priorities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on supply chain oversight with strategic input across procurement, stock management, and supplier development.

We’re also open to shaping this role further for the right person — someone who could grow with the business and potentially take on broader commercial leadership responsibilities in the future.

What you’ll bring:

Strong experience in procurement, inventory management, supplier relationships at the highest level, or commercial operations (ideally in FMCG, Foodservice or inventory heavy distribution)

Commercial acumen and confidence managing supplier negotiations and stock performance

Experience leading teams across purchasing, inventory, or customer supply

Ability to work collaboratively across sales, finance, and operations

A practical mindset with an eye for long-term value and improvement
