Your Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers' motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, and powersports vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for action. You will work on a variety of brands and models, making each day exciting and challenging. You will be responsible for repairing, maintaining and testing motorcycles and other internal combustion engines and related mechanical components to ensure we deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Testing and diagnosing faults in engines and parts

• Repairing and replacing defective parts, including tyre changing and tube repairing,

electrical repairs, diagnostic repairs, suspension repairs and brakes replacement

• Engine rebuilds

• All small mechanical repairs

• Re-assembling components and engines after repairs

• Performing regular maintenance services to optimise vehicle performance and ensuring

compliance with pollution regulations

• Test-riding and inspecting vehicles for roadworthiness

• Responding to vehicle breakdown service calls

• Maintaining proper records

• Complying with workshop safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• AQF Certificate IV in Automobile, Motorcycle, or Powersports Mechanics (or equivalent

qualification)

• 5 years or more of experience as a motorcycle/automobile mechanic

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to quality work

• Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach
