Motorcycle Mechanic | Full-Time

We’re currently seeking a Qualified Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team in a self-managed, full-time position. As the sole in-house mechanic, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and preparing all incoming stock for sale. This is a hands-on role where you’ll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own workflow and take real ownership of your workspace.

In this role, you’ll get to ride motorcycles daily as part of test rides, diagnostics, and tuning. You’ll also have the opportunity to get out of the dealership at least one day per week—whether it’s for pick-ups, mobile inspections, or longer test runs.

Healey’s is entering an exciting phase of rapid growth, with plans to expand significantly over the next 6 to 18 months. What You’ll Be Doing

Assess and diagnose mechanical issues on all inbound used motorcycle stock

Carry out servicing, repairs, and safety inspections

Manage workshop operations including parts ordering and cost tracking

Perform warranty repairs under our in-house warranty program

Pick up and assess newly acquired bikes for dealership inventory

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop space

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Motorcycle Mechanic (mandatory)

Comfortable running a one-person workshop

Strong diagnostic skills across a variety of makes and models

Experience with used motorcycles and pre-sale inspections preferred

Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

Good communication and time management skills

LVT license or willingness to obtain one (highly regarded)
