We’re seeking a highly organised staff member to join our Allocations and Operations team. Responsible for managing the machinery allocation, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support accounts and customer service operations. This role involves using job management software, processing orders, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining thorough records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate machinery and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Process invoices and bills.
• Resolve customer and supplier disputes.
• Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks.
• On-call support for emergencies.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with Xero and computer skills will be highly regarded
• Previous experience in logistics or machinery is a plus.
