B&R Plant Hire QLD is currently seeking an experienced Allocator with a background in the civil construction industry to allocate tip trucks to cart construction spoil to other job sites and tips. If you have relevant experience and are passionate about the industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Allocating resources to jobs

Creating jobs in our allocation system

Reviewing dockets & approving invoices

Perform administrative duties & office support

Addressing all client & subcontractor enquiries via phone & email

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience as an allocator, ideally within the construction industry

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, data entry skills and Xero

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work under pressure

A professional and self-motivated attitude

Availability to work 6am - 6pm
