- Assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts
- Cultivating strong, trusting relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate contract registers and comprehensive project documentation
- Contributing to procurement activities, financial reporting, and compliance tracking
- Helping prepare key project reports and deliverables, ensuring they are on time and meet quality standards
What You’ll Bring
- A tertiary qualification in Building, Construction Management, Business, or Project Management
- Ideally 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within infrastructure or construction
- A solid understanding of project coordination and procurement processes
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems
- Australian Citizenship (required for security clearance)
It’s a Bonus If You Have
- Experience in the defence sector
- Familiarity with government or client-side project delivery environments
Why Join Us?
- A flexible, hybrid working model that fits your lifestyle
- A nurturing, people-first culture that prioritises balance and wellbeing
- Ongoing development and mentorship to support your career growth
- The opportunity to work on projects that make a meaningful, national impact
