The Role

Working closely with internal finance teams, researchers, and external partners, you will be instrumental in managing core accounting processes across payroll and revenue - ensuring timeliness and accuracy in reporting.

• Lead organisation-wide payroll accounting, including budgeting assumptions, month end processes and financial forecasting
• Oversee payroll-related journals, internal recharges, and invoicing tied to grants and partner funding
• Manage revenue accounting, processes which include funding analysis, budget alignments and stakeholder invoicing
• Lead internal and external financial reporting, including grants and acquittals for healthcare
• Contribute to a well connected and supportive team, and collaborative team environment

Your Profile

A well rounded financial accountant, you will have experience in medium to large businesses, with no preference on industry background. A passionate, collaborative, and ethical team player, you will show a strong sense of initiative and strong communication skills.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, or Commerce
• CA or CPA (or working towards)
• Proven experience in payroll and revenue accounting, in large scale or complex businesses
• Advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in healthcare desired, but not mandatory
