What You’ll Be Doing

As a Fixed Plant Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our processing facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping across wet and dry processing plants

Identifying faults and performing plant resets to minimize downtime

Operating stackers and reclaimers efficiently

Managing train load out operations

Operating a variety of mobile equipment and trucks

Working outdoors in a physically demanding environment

What You Need

Proven experience in fixed plant operations (wet and/or dry processing)

Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

A current Manual C Class Australian Driver’s Licence (minimum requirement)

Relevant tickets or certifications for Confined Space and Working at Heights

A proactive attitude and a commitment to safety and teamwork
