About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Operator to join our team for crushing and screening operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining mobile crushing and screening equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and productive site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate mobile plant such as Loaders, Trucks and Diggers in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.

Conduct routine pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery.

Monitor plant performance to identify inefficiencies or potential issues.

Load, haul, and dump materials as required using loaders, excavators, and other mobile equipment.

Ensure consistent feed rates to crushers and screens to maximize output.

Report faults or mechanical issues to maintenance and supervisory teams.

Follow safety protocols and report any incidents or hazards immediately.

Assist with general site duties as needed, including cleanup and equipment inspections.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years' experience operating mobile crushing and screening plants.

Proven competency in operating various types of mobile plant including excavators, loaders, and maintaining screening equipment.

Sound knowledge of crushing and screening processes and plant capabilities.

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and basic maintenance.

Strong safety focus and understanding of WHS procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Current driver’s license (HR preferred).

Relevant plant tickets are essential.

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.

Desirable:

Experience working in remote or quarry environments.

First Aid Certificate or other relevant training.
