We're seeking a professional who:

Your role will involve:

• Supporting business clients across M365, security, Essential 8
• Administering and supporting Exchange Online and SharePoint
• Supporting security measures (MFA, DLP, conditional access)
• Learning and starting to implement processes using PowerShell and NCentral RMM

Technical skills desired:

• Admin and support knowledge of M365 suite
• Experience with Fortigate and intermediate level networking knowledge
• Some knowledge of DKIM, DMARC, and SPF records and what they do
• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud and on-premises environments
