The Role: As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our mission. With at least 10 years of experience in the IT field and a proven track record in Managed Services or Outsourced IT, you'll tackle advanced support issues, design and implement new systems, and lead exciting projects. This role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills, learn new technologies, and collaborate on diverse projects across various industries.

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert-level support for complex IT issues.

• Lead project scoping, customer audits, solution design, and IT project delivery.

• Implement new technologies, enhancing our service offerings.

• Conduct research to stay ahead of tech trends, applying your findings to benefit our clients.

Your Skills:

• 5 years Experience with a Managed Services Provider.

• Abilty to perform Microsoft Server & MS365 migrations, escalated Microsoft Server support, networking, and cybersecurity for SMEs.

• Strong background in implementing new systems, including server migrations and disaster recovery solutions.

• Expertise in Windows Server Family, AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Group Policy, Entra, Azure servers, and virtualization technologies.
