About You
You are a proactive and highly organised professional with experience in event or project coordination. You excel in fast paced, collaborative environments and are recognised for your strong interpersonal skills. With a strong sense of initiative and adaptability you have the ability to manage changing priorities with ease.

About the Role
Reporting to the Coordinator: Community Engagement, you will contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of events and peer-led programs that enhance student engagement across campuses. You will manage initiatives such as orientation activities, UniMentor and student led events, while building strong relationships with students, staff and external partners.

To Be Successful You Will Need
- A relevant undergraduate qualification
- Proven experience in planning, coordinating and delivering events, programs or activities
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, PowerPoint etc.

This position is a flexible ordinary hours appointment, which requires ordinary hours to be worked on a rostered shift arrangement that includes performing work both within and outside the span of ordinary hours as specified in the University of South Australia Enterprise Agreement 2023 and its successor enterprise agreements. A flexibility loading will be paid at the appropriate rate for every hour worked outside of the span of ordinary hours as specified in the Enterprise Agreement.
