We're partnering with a leading financial services firm to recruit an IT Service Delivery Lead on a 6–12 month contract. This role will stabilise operations, improve service delivery, and help shift from a process-driven to a customer-focused model. We’re seeking someone with strong governance experience and a hands-on approach to lead change and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Stabilise service delivery, support and engage the team, prioritise workloads, and implement quick process improvements
• Transition from SLA/process-driven to customer-focused service delivery; set meaningful metrics, coach the team, and drive better communication
• Oversee daily Service Desk operations: ticket tracking, escalation, resolution, and documentation
• Maintain IT processes such as checklists, after-hours support rosters, and internal documentation
• Contribute to major transformation projects.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' senior experience in IT Operations, Service Delivery, or Systems Administration
• Strong governance mindset with the ability to be hands-on when required (80/20 split)
• Demonstrated success improving service delivery, streamlining operations, and aligning IT with strategic goals
• Comfortable leading change, lifting customer satisfaction, and working closely with cross-functional teams

• Hybrid role: 4 days per week onsite in Sydney CBD
