The Role - In this role, you will be working with the advice team to provide professional administrative support in managing client affairs accurately and timely, with the main focus on implementation work.

Your primary day-to-day activities will include:

• Processing of day-to-day administrative tasks
• Scheduling and following up on client appointments
• Updating client information into XPLAN
• Assisting the team with the implementation of advice as required

About You - We are seeking a client and solution focused professional with strong attention to detail. You have the desire to progress your career, and you enjoy professional development.

To be successful in this role you will display:

• The ability to be proactive and use your initiative to create successful client outcomes
• A proven track record in client support within the Financial Planning industry
• Ability to develop and maintain personable client relationships
• You are passionate about delivering outstanding results
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to communicate (written and verbal) with clients in a concise and effective manner
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
