📣 Rostering Officers!!
Attend are looking for more superstars to join our expanding team of office staff!
If you have experience in rostering, are an admin superstar - and you're all about making a positive impact on someone's life, we want you on our team.
Our main goal when providing supports is we pair the right support workers with the right clients, creating and maintaining the same consistency of care. As a rostering officer, you are often the first point of contact for our participants, staff and industry friends. We are searching for someone that has the ability to build great, strong relationships with our participants and deliver amazing customer service in a timely and efficient manner. 🫶
Our roster team works five days a week with a rotating on call weekend roster. 🥳
We work with the rostering system VisualCare. Experience with this system would be a bonus but is not a requirement as we will provide you with training.
Induction and Training
Induction and ongoing training will be provided, including the opportunity to learn directly from allied health professionals who support our participants.

Criteria:
Ability to create rapport and build strong relationships with clients, staff and industry friends
Experience working in or alongside the Disability Industry
A strong ability to multi-task, work under pressure and be thorough
Administration background, experience with computers, emailing, managing and maintaining documentation
Thorough understanding of confidentiality
Fantastic organisational skills
Ability to commit to a rotating on-call roster and a 5 day working week 8:30am-4:30pm
Experience and understanding of NDIS policies, procedures and framework
