About the role

This is a hands-on role and as a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the guest experience by delivering exceptional service, building an amazing culture and engaging the established regular clientele.

You will support your team members in their sections, running food from the pass when needed, and having a great overview into the restaurant operations. You will support your General Manager in administrative tasks, and lead services as required.

With an emphasis on keeping high service standards, you will coach and develop the team. You will also be required to ensure consistency and keep up the team morale in a busy high end setting with impeccable service standards and attention to detail.

What you need

• Minimum 2 year’s experience in high-end leadership
• Hatted or Michelin experience is highly favoured though not needed!
• Lots of energy and good positive approach
• Attentive and precise service standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Drive to succeed and grow within the group
