Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a creative, driven, and skilled chef who is:

Ready to grow with a forward-thinking hospitality group

Experienced in à la carte, hotel dining, and high-volume events

A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

Able to work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts

Committed to excellence, hygiene, and safety standards

Requirements:

Full working rights in Australia

Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery

Proven experience in fast-paced hotel kitchens

Banqueting and event catering experience

Strong time management and autonomy

Your Role

Prepare and cook meals to high standards across all outlets

Contribute to menu development and event catering

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment

Manage stock, deliveries, and kitchen operations when required

Support and collaborate with the Executive Chef and wider team
