• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, & barbeques
• Ensure all areas of the kitchen are clean, sanitised, well-maintained and presentable
• Work efficiently under pressure
• An eye for detail
• Able to follow recipe cards
• Good food knowledge
• Experience working in a large, busy, high volume kitchen
• Positive, friendly attitude
• Good knowledge of health and safety standards
• Great personal appearance and presentation
