Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics or Adults | Flexible Caseload | Western Sydney

We’re working with a leading allied health organisation that supports clients across the Greater Sydney region. With two well-equipped clinic locations around the Parramatta and Mount Druitt area, plus a strong community presence, this is a role designed to work around you.

What’s on Offer

💰 Salary: $80 to 85,000 (grads to 1 years' experience), $85 to 100,000 (up to 3 years' experience) and up to $120,000 + Super (beyond 3 years' experience)
🚗 Travel: Paid travel & optional fleet car for community work
📍 Location: Clinics in Parramatta and Mount Druitt + WFH & community options
⚖️ Caseload: Paeds or Adults – shaped around your strengths and interests
📚 Support: Weekly supervision, multidisciplinary collaboration & strong clinical support
🎓 Early Career Friendly: Comprehensive onboarding program for new grads and early career therapists
🧸 Resources: Dedicated resource room stocked with toys, equipment, and assessment tools to support clinic sessions
🕐 Schedule: Flexible hours + 5 billable per day target

Caseload Options:

Prefer Paediatrics? You’ll work with children presenting with:

Developmental delays

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Sensory processing challenges

Fine and gross motor difficulties

School readiness & handwriting

Emotional regulation support

Prefer Adults? You’ll work across a diverse caseload with funding via:

NDIS – Neurological, physical, or psychosocial disabilities

CHSP & HCP – Aged care support and functional reablement

DVA – Veterans with chronic or age-related conditions

Common adult presentations include stroke, Parkinson’s, cognitive decline, mobility issues, falls risk, and home modifications.

Requirements
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- 1+ year’s experience preferred (but strong new grads welcome to apply)
- Passion for either paediatrics or adult care
- Driver’s licence for community work
