What You’ll Do

This meaningful and varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys both autonomy and teamwork. You’ll work directly with seniors in their homes to provide essential support, including:

  • Personal care (e.g. showering, grooming, dressing)
  • Medication assistance (HLTHPS006 competency required)
  • Domestic support (cooking, cleaning, household tasks)
  • Social support and transport to appointments or community outings
  • Observing and reporting changes in health and wellbeing

You’ll be part of a flexible team, with the ability to work both in the field and in the office as required. Whether you're out supporting clients or backing up your team administratively, you’ll be a key part of our mission to deliver quality care.

What You’ll Need

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent with 12months experience
  • Completion of:
  • HLTHPS006 – Assist Clients with Medication
  • HLTAAP001 – Recognise Healthy Body Systems
  • CHCCCS031 – Provide Individualised Support
  • A current driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle suitable for work purposes is essential for this role. (Reimbursement of $0.96 per KM is provided for use of own vehicle)
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English

Other Requirements:

  • A current National Police Check, flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain if required)
