We are looking for someone just like that to join our caring team in the Townsville area.

What will your day look like?

You’ll be providing essential support that helps older Australians maintain independence and live with dignity at home. Your day may include:

• Cleaning, meal prep and housekeeping to keep homes safe and welcoming

You’ll provide domestic support, including laundry and cooking, while ensuring food hygiene standards are met.

• Offering friendly companionship and transport

Whether its’s driving to appointments, shopping trips, or social outings – you’ll be a friendly face and reliable helper.

• Review, report and observe changes

You’ll help ensure care plans are up to date, keeping accurate records and reporting health changes to our team.

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Want to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives
• Have a current Australian driver’s licence and own a reliable, insured vehicle
• Are happy working independently and enjoy building relationships
• Can confidently use a smartphone to manage tasks and updates

You will need:

• Current Senior First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
• Current driver’s licence and a willingness to use your own comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes.
• Competent in the use of a Smart Phone.

Pre-requisite

• Possess a current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire.
