What you'll be doing
Join our Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) delivering short-term therapy and support to older clients in their homes and communities. Your responsibilities will also include:

• Providing evidence-based, client-centred care
• Leading and mentoring Occupational Therapists and Care Aides
• Working within a multidisciplinary team
• Delivering assessments and tailored interventions
• Supporting service development and quality improvement

Essential Criteria:

• Current general registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
• License: Current Drivers licence

Selection Criteria:

1. Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
2. Demonstrated clinical experience in the delivery of Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention in the area of Aged Care and Rehabilitation in a hospital or community setting.
3. Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication.
4. Basic Computer Skills.
5. Demonstrated effective time management and organisational skills.
6. Ability to provide clinical supervision to Occupational Therapists, Community Care Aides and students.
