Remuneration: $56.68 - $58.52 per hour

What you'll be doing
Join our Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) delivering short-term therapy and support to older clients in their homes and communities. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Providing evidence-based, client-centred care
- Leading and mentoring Occupational Therapists and Care Aides
- Working within a multidisciplinary team
- Delivering assessments and tailored interventions
- Supporting service development and quality improvement

Essential Criteria:
- Current general registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- License: Current Drivers licence
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in the delivery of Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention in the area of Aged Care and Rehabilitation in a hospital or community setting.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Demonstrated effective time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to provide clinical supervision to Occupational Therapists, Community Care Aides and students.
