We are partnering with a well known government agency in Brisbane CBD to find an experienced Senior Advisor for their Workforce Insights and HR Systems team. In this role, you'll turn complex HR data into meaningful insights that support informed decision making across the department. You'll also help improve reporting processes, drive automation, and ensure HR systems are running efficiently and effectively.

You'll be part of a strong and supportive team of five, working in a collaborative environment. This is a full time temporary position with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week, promoting a healthy work life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high quality, timely workforce analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision making.

Lead initiatives to automate and improve workforce reporting processes.

Offer expert advice and interpretation of HR data to key stakeholders.

Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, integrating data from multiple sources.

Serve as the subject matter expert for HR projects involving workforce reporting and systems.

Oversee system administration and provide user support for HR systems.

About You:

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical data to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in HR systems management and workforce reporting.
