About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. You will deliver services across clinic, mobile, and educational settings, including childcare centres, kindergartens, and schools.
Key responsibilities:
Provide assessments and individualised intervention for children with a range of disabilities.
Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other health professionals.
Develop therapy goals, monitor progress, and prepare reports as needed.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and supervision.
Option to design and facilitate group therapy programs.
Skills & Experience
Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration
Working With Children Check
Valid driver’s licence and car
Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
New graduates encouraged to apply – full training and mentoring provided!
Benefits
Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 + Super + Quarterly bonuses

Supervision: Grade 1 Fortnightly formal / Grade 2 Monthly formal + ongoing informal support
Professional Development:
$2,000 annual PD allowance + 5 days paid PD leave (pro rata part time)
