Testimonial from one of our employees:
"Connecting OT is literally like a family. I was fortunate enough to find the job that I am passionate about and a company that gives the support I needed to get started and grow in the role.
COT has a fantastic, individualised approach to supporting therapists to tailor their work to suit their needs, lifestyle and special interests.
There is incredible peer support from team members including shadow sessions, supervision, scheduled phone calls, professional development and team events.
If you are concerned about support and nervous about getting started in the field from university. This company would be the best starting point, which you’ll end up falling in love with."
