Our client is a very well established Developer/Builder with a healthy portfolio of successful projects on the Gold Coast. Their latest project is a $180m Twin Tower Retirement Living development at Hope Island and will be delivered with a mix of EBA and Non EBA subbies.

They are well known for having a culture which allows people to use their own initiative and a self motivated person will definitely enjoy things here and flourish. The project team consists of a Senior Site Manager, Structures and Finishes Foreman, HSE Advisor, Project and Site Engineers and CA's.

The ideal Senior Project Manager has delivered high rise residential developments before and has the ability to lead a team and manage a site effectively.

The culture that has been built with the teams on the Gold Coast is outstanding and we are looking for someone who can continue to build on this and even enhance the environment.

Role:

The Senior Project Manager will have the following:

• Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
• Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for an established construction company
• High rise project experience is extremely attractive
• Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
• Commercially astute
• Ability to effectively manage Industrial Relations
