The Role:
Our client is seeking a switched-on and dynamic Admin Assistant with exceptional organisational skills to support their Admin team.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Answering phone calls
Managing the diaries for the senior staff
Assisting in the development of work practices and procedures
Putting together revenue data charts, bulletins, agendas and reports
Data entry and filling
Managing email inquiries and document control
Other admin duties as requested
Essential Criteria:
2 years min experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet competing deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Capability to work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment
Willingness to assist with various tasks as required
