People & Culture Coordinator
Location: Hunters Hill | Contract: Temp (Immediate Start)
Rate: $40-$45 per hour + Super
Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)
We're on the hunt for a People & Culture Coordinator to jump into a high-energy, fast-paced environment and keep the wheels turning.
This is a temp role for someone who doesn't flinch at volume, systems, or deadlines. You'll be the right-hand support to the Director of People & Culture in a high-performing setting, handling everything from contracts and onboarding to staff communications and compliance admin.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting recruitment administration: adverts, interview logistics, contracts etc.
- Onboarding/off boarding: welcome packs, inductions, probation tracking etc.
- Maintaining records, following up contracts, and making sure HRIS data is on point.
- Helping run staff development programs and managing training records.
- Keeping staff communications fresh: bulletins, handbooks, and award tracking.
- Providing slick support for the Director by calendar wrangling, event setup, correspondence, and more.
What you bring:
- You're immediately available
- You've worked in HR or high-volume admin environments that are fast, busy, human-facing.
- You know your way around a CRM/HRIS, and you're not afraid of a spreadsheet.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with next-level organisation skills.
- You're a doer. You see a task and smash it out before anyone needs to ask.
Bonus points for:
- HR background or education sector experience
- A healthy obsession with ticking things off a list
- The ability to juggle conflicting deadlines
Temporary visa holders are welcome to apply but this role could also be open to someone converting to a permanent position, unfortunately there are no opportunities for sponsorship.
