We're looking for a Wireless Field Technical Superhero with a strong Wireless Installation & Working at Heights focus to help us continue to provide exceptional service to our customers. This role offers you the opportunity to advance your skills through both technical and customer service. It's a fun, fast paced work team environment where you'll be supported by an enthusiastic, professional team.

Full-time roles are now available. We're looking for people who have 2+ years industry experience in a Wireless Field Technical role with a strong Wireless Installation & Working at Heights focus and enjoy working with customers. The role requires initiative, so you'll need to be comfortable solving problems, working autonomously and documenting processes and workflows.

Skills & Experience

Have a friendly, customer-focused outlook

Can break down complex technical and account information into easy to follow, non-technical information the customer can understand

Respond to requests via phone and electronically

Can diagnose and resolve technical faults

Be comfortable using power and manual tools

Understanding of Wireless / RF Technology

Cabling License Copper & Fibre

Understanding of DC Power and Electronic Components

Confident in Microsoft Windows and Computer Skills

To be successful in these roles you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Wireless Technical Field role

Complex IT / Telco / Wireless Troubleshooting

NBN Installation, Fault Finding & Troubleshooting

Fixed Wireless & Ethernet Installation, Fault Finding & Troubleshooting
