Design & Build are searching for a Site Manager with Fit Out experience on behalf of our client who work on a mixed range of projects from Industrial New Builds to Commercial Fit Outs & Refurbs. We're looking for someone to start immediately, ideally on Tuesday 20th May. Please only apply if you can start immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
• Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
• Working closely with the Site Manager/Project Manager
• Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site

Requirements for the role:

• A minimum 5 years of experience in fit out and refurbishments
• Broad knowledge of OH&S
• Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines
• Up to $70 + Super PH.
• Exposure to high-profile projects and the chance to work with a talented and dynamic team.
