A well-established and highly regarded construction company based in Brisbane CBD is currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join its growing team. Specialising in large-scale multi-residential developments valued up to $140 million, this business has a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator looking to be part of a professional, forward-thinking organisation working on high-profile developments across South-East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for large-scale residential construction projects
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and project documentation
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare cost plans during early design stages
• Participate in tender reviews, value engineering, and feasibility assessments
• Maintain and manage cost databases and internal estimating systems

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial or residential construction sector
• Proven experience working on multi-residential projects, ideally with values ranging from $20M to $140M
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and market pricing
• Proficiency in estimating software such as CostX, Buildsoft, or similar
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills
