I have partnered with one of my favourite clients to help them find a Senior Estimator to join their team, based in their brand new office space in the Southern suburbs of Brisbane.

This company has been established for decades and have become leaders in their chosen verticals, consistently producing quality projects.

They specialise in Industrial, Retail and Commercial projects up to $50M+ and have built solid relationships with their clients and subbies.

The Role

• Work with project teams and directors to ensure tender submissions and costings are in line with deadlines
• Maintain, qualify and communicate with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Preparation of sub-contractor bid packaged including Bill of Quantities
• Strong understanding of the full scope for all trades

About You

• 5+ years in an Estimating role across new build projects from $10M
• Experience with other Tier 2 or 3 commercial construction companies
• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
• Experience in all aspects of tender submissions including education and government projects
• Strong organisation skills, managing multiple tasks and sticking to deadlines
• Proven tenure in past roles
