About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our team immediately. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating all civil estimates and tenders

Preparing detailed cost estimates

Creating project budgets

Sourcing pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

Preparing Bills of Quantities

Developing project programs and methodologies

Requirements:

Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in civil industry estimating with a proven track record of delivering successful, competitive, and profitable tenders

Proficiency in estimating software

Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent

Ability to interpret plans and conduct detailed take-offs

Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Effective time management to meet tender deadlines

Ability to work autonomously

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Physically able to conduct site visits, including to remote locations

References will be required

Salary Package:
