The Role:

• Responsible for high quality time and attendance activities to ensure all employees are paid correctly, on time and in line with all local legislation.
• Maintain and update employee time records in Kronos or SuccessFactors as needed (e.g. Updating rosters/work schedules).
• Monitor time entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our EA (Enterprise Agreements) and address and resolve any discrepancies in time records promptly.
• With exceptional customer service skills, address employee enquiries about timekeeping
• Monthly and quarterly auditing to ensure compliance with EA agreements
• Generate and analyse timekeeping reports for HR and management.

The Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of UKG Pro Timekeeper, (SAP/SuccessFactors) is a bonus
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
