About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic Sales Associates who can bring their expertise to drive exceptional service and sales performance. The boutique is set to open in late 2025, but we are looking for the ideal candidates to start earlier for comprehensive interstate training and onboarding.

Your ability to exceed business targets and KPIs will be rewarded with a generous bonus scheme.

Required Skills:

Minimum 2 years of high-level customer service experience

Proactive approach to networking, business development, and participation in special events

Proven ability to achieve KPIs and store targets with strong business acumen

Experience in luxury retail sales

Outstanding communication and customer service skills

Interest in the timepiece industry (experience is a plus but not essential)
