Are you passionate about operations management and ready to lead a team to success? We are seeking a Store Manager who will oversee operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Performance Management:

Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales figures, cost margins, and operational issues.

Analyze sales data and cost reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Provide coaching and support to store managers to enhance performance.

Monitor customer complaints, coordinate resolutions, and implement preventative measures.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure meet targets.

1. Training and SOP Compliance:

Conduct training sessions for new products and updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Address specific improvement areas identified through inspections.

Regularly review and ensure compliance with SOPs across all stores.

2. Equipment Maintenance and Hiring:

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, functional, and safe for use.

Participate in the recruitment process to select qualified candidates for store positions.

3. Marketing Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management, ideally overseeing multiple store locations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.

Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Knowledge of retail SOPs and experience in equipment maintenance.
