The newly created Staff Relations Liaison Officer plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. This role leads initiatives to promote staff engagement, service quality, and professional conduct across our core teams. Working closely with leadership, the Staff Relations Liaison Officer ensures that the support staff is equipped to deliver client-focused services aligned with organizational values, and supporting HR initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
Working closely with our HR Team, you will deliver:
· Leading initiatives to embed a culture of compliance, professionalism, and continuous improvement among support staff.
· Developing, implementing, and managing staff performance management plans to ensure high-quality service delivery.
· Conducting performance reviews, and targeted interventions to address non-compliance or performance issues.
· Providing strategic advice to leadership on risks, service quality, and workforce capability development.
· Coaching staff on policies, procedures, and human rights obligations under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
· Preparing regular reports and presenting findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
· Act as a liaison between staff and management to foster open communication and mutual understanding.
· Develop, implement, and monitor programs and initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being.
· Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a confidential, professional, and timely manner.
· Provide coaching and guidance to employees on workplace relationships, conflict resolution, and communication.
· Collaborate with HR to ensure policies and practices are aligned with employee engagement goals.
· Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of employee relations.
· Participate in team-building activities, workshops, and events to boost morale and collaboration.
· Monitor trends in employee relations and recommend proactive solutions to emerging issues
