With seven offices in New South Wales and one office in Tasmania, the scope and depth of the services we offer provide exciting opportunities for both our staff and the communities that we serve.
Key Responsibilities
To provide admin support to building certifiers and directors by preparing new building applications ready for certification and managing building inspections and certificates such as:
- Lodging application and inspection documents, and relevant details onto the company's software package;
- Liaising with government bodies to ensure property searches and minor applications are processed in a timely manner;
- Receiving and checking certificates and inspection notices ensuring they are complete and accurate;
- Ensuring final certificates are issued as soon as all certificates and inspections are complete;
- Taking inspection bookings and organising inspection schedules so they are efficient and practical;
- Providing general advice to clients about the application process; and
- Fostering a positive and professional working relationship with clients.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in the building or construction industry preferred
- Ideally you will have expereince with the NSW planning portal (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication; and
- Able to use computers proficiently.
