About Us

Redpin is a boutique graphic design and web development agency (redpin.com.au). We have a wide array of clients spanning from FMCG, Industrial, Consumer and Business to Business. We are conveniently located in a beautifully restored heritage cottage in Harris Park only a stones throw to Parramatta City centre and are seeking the services of an enthusiastic and motivated person who has experience in telephone based lead generation and appointment setting. The position offered is either Full time or Part Time.

The Position

This position is very autonomous and requires a self motivating person to identify, contact and set appointments with potential key targets. You will need to be highly organised, very thorough, professional and results driven with an excellent phone manner.

The Suitable Candidate

The suitable candidate will possess the following experience, skills and attributes:

· At least 3 years experience in a similar role (prior experience in the graphic design and web development / digital space preferred but not essential)

· Proven lead generation and appointment setting sales skills

· Process disciplined with strong organisation and time management skills

· Solid typing and computer skills

· An excellent telephone manner

· Works well independently, driven by results, and works comfortably with others

· Ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure

· Passionate, enthusiastic, positive and highly professional attitude
