We’re on the hunt for an experienced and confident Lead Generation Specialist to join this global team and help drive business growth through outbound calls and quality lead nurturing. What you’ll be doing:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using an internal CRM/database
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover
• Monitor and report on call statistics and conversion performance
• Provide feedback and ideas to enhance marketing and outreach campaigns

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years experience in telemarketing, lead generation or outbound B2B sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative
• Proactive and results-driven attitude
• Experience working in a target/KPI-driven environment
