Community Kinders Plus Inc. is an Early Years Manager that professionally manages 27 kindergartens across the City of Kingston, Frankston City Council and the Mornington Peninsula Shire. We are a not for profit that prides itself on providing high quality early learning.

About the role

We are seeking experienced and professional Early Childhood Educators, we are seeking part time staff, to join our team at Community Kinders Plus for 2025.

There are various positions available.

DIPLOMA EDUCATORS –Rate $24 – $27.96 per hour

Aldercourt Child and Family Centre - 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and a non-contact day), 18.75 hours per week

Please note in Aldercourt position the successful applicant will need to have experience in working with a large team, children with additional needs, have an understanding of trauma and its impact on children and understanding/ experience of either the Frankston North Community or similar demographic.

Benton's Square Kindergarten - 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), 18.75 hours per week

CERTIFICATE 111 EDUCATORS – Rate $23.96 to $26.74 per hour

(We will consider Diploma Qualified Educators for these roles, and pay at the Diploma rate as needed)
