About the Role:

This role offers something new every day. As the top repair and maintenance provider for refrigeration and air conditioning in Geelong, we need someone with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills across a variety of equipment, like commercial refrigeration, chillers, heat pumps, and both home and commercial air conditioning units.

You’ll work daily with clients ranging from large corporations to small local businesses like hotels, restaurants, cafes, and homes, so being friendly and outgoing is helpful.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, technical skills, and the ability to solve problems and manage time well. We need a leader who can assess situations, make smart decisions, and clearly communicate with both the team and clients.
