We’re on the lookout for a qualified HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team servicing commercial clients across West Melbourne.

What You’ll Be Doing

Servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Attending scheduled and reactive service calls across Melbourne’s western suburbs

Diagnosing faults and providing minor repairs and recommendations

Completing paperwork, service reports, and compliance documentation

What’s on Offer

$45–50 per hour (depending on experience)

Company vehicle, fuel card, e-tag, and super

Supportive team and well-organised scheduling

Long-term full-time work – no chasing jobs or unclear hours

Commercial clients only – no domestic run-arounds

What We’re Looking For

Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Required)

Electrical Licence (Restricted or full – highly regarded)

Full ARCtick Licence

White Card and valid driver’s licence

Strong fault-finding and service experience in commercial HVAC

Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
