We are looking for an organized and proactive Packing Team Member to oversee our packing operations and ensure the efficient handling of orders for delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards for product presentation, accuracy, and quality control. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and a strong team leader who can effectively manage workflow while motivating a team in a fast-moving production environment.Key Responsibilities

Lead the packing team to efficiently prepare and pack orders for local cafes, wholesale customers, and retail deliveries.

Ensure all products are packed to company standards with proper labeling, portioning, and presentation.

Oversee quality control measures to maintain consistency and freshness of products before shipment.

Collaborate with production teams to coordinate timely order fulfillment.

Manage stock levels of packaging materials and ensure adequate supplies are maintained.

Monitor workflow and adjust as necessary to improve efficiency in packing operations.

Train, support, and motivate packing staff to uphold accuracy and quality.

Troubleshoot packing and fulfillment issues, implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packing area to comply with food safety regulations.

Assist in refining packing procedures to optimize speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in packing, food handling, or production environments, preferably within manufacturing or food distribution.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.
