About the role

Crusher Spares (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated General Factory Hand/ Press Brake Operator to join our team in Direk, South Australia. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to contribute to the manufacturing operations of our dynamic company.

What you'll be doing

Performing general factory duties such as loading/unloading materials, packing and dispatching orders

Operating press brakes to bend and form metal components to specifications

Maintaining equipment and workstations to ensure optimal productivity and safety

Collaborating with the production team to identify process improvements

Adhering to all relevant health, safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

Experience in a manufacturing environment , press brake experience ideal but no essential.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Commitment to workplace safety and high-quality workmanship

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
